A: The tent body is made of high-density waterproof Oxford fabric (210D/420D/600D optional) or polyester-cotton (280g/320g), the frame is aluminum alloy, and the floor is high-density moisture-proof plywood or aluminum honeycomb panel.
Q2: What is the waterproof rating of the tent?
A: The fabric has a waterproof rating of PU3000mm-5000mm, and the floor is PU5000mm, capable of withstanding heavy rain.
Q3: What certifications do you have?
A: We have ISO 9001 certification, and our products comply with CE, RoHS, REACH standards.
Q4: What is the weight of the tent? Which vehicles is it suitable for?
A: Weight ranges from 45kg to 80kg. It fits most SUVs, off-road vehicles, and pickup trucks with roof racks.

A: Yes, it includes a high-density foam mattress with a thickness of 5-7 cm. Some models upgrade to memory foam.

A: Yes. The mounting kit is typically located in the front pocket of the tent along with a tool kit.

A: Yes, we support OEM/ODM. Custom fabric colors and printed logos are available. Even sizes, labels, packaging and accessories.
Q8: What is the warranty period?
A: 2-year warranty for the frame and floor, 1-year warranty for fabric, zippers, and other consumables (excluding man-made damage).
Q9: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Q10: What is the lead time?
A: 15-20 days for samples, 25-35 days for batch orders (under 70 pieces), longer during peak season.
Q11: Can you provide samples for testing? Who pays for the sample and shipping?
A: Yes, we can provide samples. The sample fee is refundable (deducted from a future order) when the order quantity for a single product exceeds 100 units. The shipping fee is borne by the buyer.

A: Mainly North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan – compliant with local safety standards and regulations.
Q13: What packaging do you use?
A: Each tent is packed in a reinforced carton with foam corner protectors, or in a reinforced wooden case, suitable for sea and land transport.

A: Please provide photos and video evidence within 48 hours. We will send free replacement parts or credit for future orders based on the damage level.
